Q. Where are your items sourced?
A. We carefully select and source our items from all over the world. Mainly from the USA or from within Europe. The majority of our stock are one off items and will be shipped in their original vintage form.
Q. Are your items legit?
A. We have an incredible buying team then know these retro stuff off by heart. They have spent the last 5+ years learn and knowing what to look for in a fake item allowing us to only pick legitimate goods.
Q. If they second are they clean?
A. All stock that comes to us goes to our dedicated 3rd party laundrette team who makes sure everything is fresh to wear - Some stains and marks do not come out unfortunately, if the item is still wearable will be heavily discount on the site.
Q. What is a Bootleg?
A. Bootlegs are designs / items that are not created by the original designer or brand they are taking inspiration from.
Q: How do you size your items?
A: We take the time to measure each item ourselves so you can be sure its right for you before you order.
Q. What are your shipping costs?

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. All orders will be shipped using a Royal Mail service. We ship daily and orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. Please note orders will be delivered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Q. Will you deliver to my University address?
A. Yes we do deliver to university addresses. Please ensure you have entered the correct information such as; room number, name of residency hall, building, block or department.
Q. Do I have to pay Custom's charges?
A. If you're ordering products to be delivered to the EU, Asia, US etc, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. All customs information will be sent via email.
Q. What if I am not in when my order arrives?
A. If you're out when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. This will give you details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Q: Is it safe to order online?
A. We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details and whether you choose to pay by card or Paypal, you're completely covered so order away!
